Job Description
fitbox is an Australian-based SaaS company with a mission to help gyms thrive. Our platform is used by over 14,000 gym members to manage memberships and track performance, while gym owners rely on our admin portal for member and class programming management.
We’re looking for an energetic, fitness-minded support professional based in the Philippines to join our team and help our clients succeed with fitbox.
What You'll Do:
→Become an expert in the fitbox solution
→Empower clients on fitbox and make them feel supported, either via phone, email or chat
→Research and identify solutions to software issues
→Configure, maintain and optimize support tools and processes
→Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
→Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
→Ensure all issues are properly logged
→Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
→Document knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
→Maintain jovial relationships with clients
What We're Looking For:
→Passion for fitness, health, or gym culture
→Client first mentality
→Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
→Proven work experience as SaaS support, technical support, IT Help Desk or similar role
→Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
→Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
→Bonus: Experience as a gym member, coach, trainer, or fitness enthusiast
