Workforce Scheduler
Position: Workforce Scheduler
Experience: At least 1 year of scheduling experience in the BPO industry; healthcare experience is an advantage
Salary: Php 35,000
Location: Must report to DFC; onsite set-up
Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain schedules for a large workforce within the BPO industry.
Coordinate with team leads and other departments to ensure accurate scheduling and staffing levels.
Adjust schedules based on business requirements and operational needs.
Monitor attendance and adherence to schedules, addressing any issues as they arise.
Ensure the timely and efficient deployment of resources to meet client needs.
Salary:
₱35,000.00 Monthly
