Job Description
Position: WFM Manager
Experience: 2-3 years of managerial experience in workforce management; healthcare experience is an advantage
Salary: Php 90,000 - Php 110,000
Location: Open to an sites in the Philippines; remote support for Davao; amenable to travel to Davao twice a month
BPO Experience: Required
Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations for workforce scheduling and real-time management.
Develop and implement strategies to improve workforce efficiency in BPO environments.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure proper staffing levels and scheduling accuracy.
Analyze trends and metrics to identify and address operational challenges.
Supervise and support the WFM team to ensure effective workflow and optimal performance.
