Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Sales Specialist to lead our efforts in promoting cleaning and Dust Extraction Tools.The candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, develop tailored solutions for client needs, and build lasting partnerships with customers, contributing to both short-term sales goals and long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both B2B (industrial, construction, commercial) and B2C segments.
3. Establish and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, including contractors, facilities management companies, and cleaning service providers.
4. Technical Expertise and Product Knowledge:
5. Possess in-depth technical knowledge of cleaning power tools, such as pressure washers, industrial vacuum cleaners, and floor scrubbers.
6 Explain product features, benefits, and applications to customers, ensuring confidence in purchasing decisions.
7. Conduct regular on-site product demonstrations and troubleshooting sessions.
8. Customer Relationship Management:
9. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their unique requirements.
10. Serve as a trusted advisor by providing ongoing support, such as technical guidance, after-sales service, and customized training sessions.
11. Market Analysis and Strategy:
12 Analyze market trends and identify emerging opportunities in the cleaning tools industry.
13 Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to improve offerings based on client feedback and market demand.
Operational Support:
14. Ensure proper documentation of sales activities, including contracts, payment terms, and warranty agreements.
15. Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to guarantee timely delivery and availability of products.
Qualifications:

17. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
18. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in power tools, industrial equipment, or cleaning products.
