JOB DESCRIPTION:
✨ Bachelors degree holder.
✨ With 8 years of work experience as HR Manager role or any related role.
✨ Has 5 years of experience in supervisory/managerial.
✨ Willing to attend Face-to-Face Interview once invited.
✨ Willing to start immediately.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Create and carry out HR initiatives and strategies that complement the overall
business plan, making certain that HR procedures complement the aims and objectives of the corporation.
✨Oversee the hiring and selection procedure from start to finish.
✨Manage employee relations, resolving any concerns or grievances in a timely and efficient manner and encouraging a productive workplace that encourages employee happiness and participation.
✨To guarantee adherence and give management and staff direction on HR policies and procedures, make sure labor standards are followed and keep up of changes in employment laws.
✨Create and carry out performance management initiatives, such as staff development plans, performance reviews, and goal-setting.
