JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
✨ Working on a supervisory/managerial role for at least 4-5 years.
✨ 8 years or more of experience as a HR Manager.
✨ Can work as soon as possible is an advantage.
✨ Amenable to work on site.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall
business strategy.
✨ Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
✨ Oversee employee relations, addressing any issues or complaints promptly and
