Job Description
Position: HR Supervisor/Manager
Company Industry: Travel Company
Work Location: Makati City
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Salary: Php50,000 - Php70,000 (Negotiable)

Job Description:
✨ Bachelors degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field
✨ At least 3-5 years of HR Supervisor experience or above, preferably within a travel agency/BPO company
✨ Handled 100-200 employees is an advantage
✨ Experience with having at least 3 HR subordinates is a plus
✨ Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities
✨Overall responsible for creating and overseeing the organization's human resources policies, programs, and strategies
✨Effectively manage the HR department and offer strategic HR insights.
✨Oversees all facets of human resources, including hiring, reloading employees,
✨Payroll, compensation, safety and health, performance management, training and development, and advantages, administrative services, and organizational development.
✨Oversee and assist with all HR-related issues, questions, and requests, both internal and external.
✨Complete the hiring process from start to finish, including offering HR assistance with hiring assessments and
instruction
✨Maintain databases of different employee information and create reports on general HR assessments.
✨Stay informed about the most recent HR trends and best practices.
✨Organize and cultivate a good working relationship with staff members at all levels and across departments.
✨Other tasks may be assigned
