Job Description
o Outbound Calls - Cold Calling & Lead Generation
§ Proactively and tirelessly seek and cold call prospective customers (mainly builders) and generate as many leads as possible
§ Maintain all aspects of the Tramin CRM system
§ Follow up on email campaigns
o Inbound Calls - Customer Quotes:
§ Take inbound calls and assist/guide customers.
§ Respond to queries via website / inbound emails from customers.
§ Return inbound voicemails and follow up on quotes, abandoned checkouts, enquiries etc.
§ Engage in chats via the website.
