Job description
Electro Premier Venture Int’l Inc. Accountant is responsible in the preparation of financial statements, maintaining accounts, receivables and payables. Administer monthly payroll for their company’s employees while preparing reports on the progress made throughout each month. The goal is to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the department and help the company be fully aware of its financial condition. This way, EPVII top management can make the right decisions and accomplish long term success.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all accounting transactions
Prepare budget forecast
Publish financial statement
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely bank payments
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
Audit financial transactions and documents
Maintain the confidentiality of financial data through appropriate security measures and execute scheduled database backups.
Comply with financial policies and regulations.
Perform other duties as directed by the top-level management deemed necessary for the company.
Qualifications and Skills

A graduate of BS Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
Must be a CPA
With 2 – 3 years experience as an Accountant
Well-versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and with strong attention to detail and have a good analytical skill
Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software
ACA, ACCA or CIMA is a plus but not required
