JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education – Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.

SKILLS

Proficiency in accounting software.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with financial reporting systems.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends and discrepancies.

Experience - 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field, experience with specific industry accounting practices.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Accounting & Reporting:

Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Prepare journal entries and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded.
Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
Accounts Payable & Receivable:

Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments.
Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments.
Reconcile vendor and customer statements.
Payroll:

Process payroll accurately and on time.
Calculate and remit payroll taxes and deductions.
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Budgeting & Forecasting:

Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Monitor budget performance and analyze variances.
Auditing & Compliance:

Assist with internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Financial Analysis:

Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
Prepare financial reports and presentations.
Other Duties:

Assist with ad-hoc accounting projects and tasks as needed.
Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Salary:
