Accounting Supervisor

A. Calculation of all revenue received and expenses incurred by based on generally accepted accounting
principles;
b. Administration and maintenance of a general ledger trial balance, balance sheet, income statement and
certain other corporate reports;
c. Checking of all accounting records;
d. Preparation of tax returns and filing.
e. Contribute financial data to business plans, strategic plans and reviews as necessary to ensure they meet
accounting operational standards
f. Prepare quarterly and annual accounting reports
g. Develop and monitor budget information for the accounting department; track expenditures and variances,
and take corrective measures as needed;
h. Verify check amounts against invoices, and authorize checks and wire transfers to approve cash
disbursements;
i. Audit transactions to approve ledger entries;
j. Keep sensitive information confidential, and follow internal measures for financial security;
