Job Description

The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring smooth and accurate financial processes. This role involves managing the preparation of financial statements, reports, and tax filings, and leading the accounting team. The Accounting Supervisor works closely with the Finance and Accounting Manager to ensure compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement in financial processes.

EDUCATION:
● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
● Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
● Experience with month-end closing, general ledger transactions, and tax return preparation.
● Ability to analyze financial data, provide recommendations, and implement process improvements.
● Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage and guide the accounting team.
● Attention to detail and the ability to solve complex accounting issues.
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP
