Job Description:
We are seeking a Finance & Accounting Supervisor to oversee financial operations, ensure accuracy in reporting, and support process improvements. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
Review and analyze financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.
Train and mentor team members to ensure high performance.
Collaborate with internal departments for financial decision-making.
Qualifications:
College graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Advanced Excel proficiency (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
Experience in Finance and Accounting, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
