Job Description
What You’ll Do:
Assist customers with subscription management, billing concerns, and account troubleshooting.
Provide technical support for streaming errors, device compatibility, and app issues.
Guide customers through personalized recommendations to enhance their streaming experience.
Maintain a friendly and professional approach in all interactions.
Accurately document customer concerns and escalate complex cases when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum).
At least 6 months of customer service experience in a related field.
Strong technical troubleshooting and communication skills.
A passion for entertainment and streaming services.
Willing to work on-site in Quezon City.
