Job Description

Join our Media Communications Customer Service Team, where you'll assist customers with their subscriptions, billing concerns, and technical support for digital and cable media services.
What You’ll Do:
Handle inquiries related to media subscriptions, account changes, and billing issues.
Provide technical troubleshooting for streaming services, cable issues, and digital media platforms.
Assist customers with service upgrades, plan changes, and promotions.
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and friendly interactions.
Document customer concerns and escalate technical issues when necessary.

What We’re Looking For:
At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum).
At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in telecom or media services.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills and product knowledge.
Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
A passion for media, entertainment, and digital services.
Willing to work on-site in Quezon City.
