Salary Package: PHP 23,500
Job Description:
Handle customer concerns related to telco products and services. Provide technical support, assist with upgrades and returns, and deliver excellent customer service in a professional call center environment.
Qualifications:
Senior High School graduate (or equivalent)
At least 6 months of call center experience
Strong English communication skills
Must be available to start ASAP
