Job Description
Ensure timely distribution of documents and communication with overseas agents.
- Track shipments, update clients, and maintain strong industry relationships.
- Focus on cost reduction, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain shipment records and complete billing on time.
- Must work on-site Monday to Saturday.
- Graduate of any 4-year course, with 2+ years of freight forwarding/export experience.
- Knowledge of Incoterms; sea freight experience is a plus.
- No monetary case from a previous company.
