Job Description

The Operations & Administrative Intern will work closely with various departments to support daily business operations, internal coordination, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate seeking hands-on experience in business operations, office management, or administration

Roles and Responsibilities:
● Assist in coordinating and executing daily operational tasks.
● Support internal communications and scheduling (e.g., meetings, reporting deadlines).
● Help manage documentation, filing systems, and digital records.
● Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets for internal use.
● Assist with vendor communications and basic procurement tracking.
● Support HR, finance, or logistics teams with clerical tasks as needed.
● Contribute to process improvement initiatives and data entry projects.

Qualifications:
● Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a
related field.
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly.

Salary:
₱2,400.00 Monthly
