Job Description

Functions:
1. Develop and implement tailored operational strategies to boost efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction across all departments.
2. Work closely with executives to ensure operational alignment with business goals and brand standards.
3. Lead and mentor a team of operations personnel, fostering a high-performance culture through training, coaching, and continuous development.
4. Oversee scheduling, task delegation, and productivity management across retail, logistics, and service teams.
5. Supervise customs clearance, import/export documentation, and coordination with overseas suppliers and contractors.
6. Optimize inventory flow and product availability across retail locations, including forecasting and restocking.
7. Maintain a seamless customer experience by aligning service delivery, store readiness, and staffing.
8. Resolve escalated operational issues and implement long-term solutions. Liaise with franchisees, intercompany stakeholders, and expat team members, ensuring cohesion and communication across all units.
9. Support real estate activities including leasing negotiations and site readiness for store rollouts.
10.Monitor KPIs such as sales throughput, fulfillment speed, service quality, and cost controls to inform continuous improvement.
11. Use insights to refine operational processes, staffing models, and resource allocation.
12.Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations, health and safety laws, and internal quality protocols.

Qualifications:
● Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in operations management, ideally within cosmetics, beauty, high-end retail, or related fields (restaurant, kiosk, or FMCG industry experience also considered).
● Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire, direct, and grow cross-functional teams.
● Proven expertise in customs coordination, product logistics, contractor management, and international supplier liaison.
● Familiarity with leasing, facility operations, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments and stakeholders.
● Experience working with foreign nationals/expats and diverse multicultural teams.
● Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to travel locally as needed
