Job Description
- Serve as the main contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Manage payroll, leave tracking, and benefits administration (Sprout software).
- Coordinate training, development, and performance appraisals.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for decision-making.
- Support organizational development, disciplinary actions, and change management.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; 2-5 years of HR experience.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and HRIS proficiency.
- Uphold confidentiality, ethics, and workplace engagement.
