Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensures labor/disciplinary cases are carried out timely and in compliance with company policies
and due process requirements
2. Drafts notices, letters and memos in compliance with the company policies and labor standards
3. Ensures the strict implementation of the proper imposition and execution of the Disciplinary
Action
4. Initiates and conducts case investigations and administrative hearing
5. Provides recommendations on case decisions and appropriate corrective actions
6. Prepares Case Evaluation Report for all labor cases with details on facts of the case, violations
committed in reference to company policies and procedures, Code of Conduct and the Labor
Code.
7. Works closely with Department Managers and Department Heads to ensure all employee
violations are properly documented and handled.
8. Conducts administrative investigation and monitors speedy resolution of cases.
9. Acts as company representative in attending labor hearings, providing testimony and
documentation.
10. Acts as a liaison and completes all documents for DOLE related inquiries and issues
11. Represent the company in Labor proceedings
12. Ensure and updates proper implementations of HR Policies and Procedures
13. Supervises Employee Relations and Employee Engagement
14. Manages employee performance evaluation
15. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
16. Designs, proposed and manages company-wide process of organizational development that
addresses issues such as succession planning, workforce development and key employee
retention.
17. Coordinates the implementation of people related services, policies and programs.
18. Develops, administers and communicates company policies and procedures.
19. Assists and coordinates with other sections/departments in implementing company policies and
resolving conflicts.
20. Facilitates employee discipline and procedures.
21. Participates in Labor related hearing, investigation and provides counseling on employee issues
including reprimand, discipline and termination.
22. Reviews related legal concerns and observes legal compliances.
Other Duties:
Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
