Client Profile:
A Shares services company that was built since 1977 in Germany that cater multi products and services globally related to healthcare. Such as medicines, medical machineries and health products.

Position: Payment Team Lead- EMEA

Salary: Php 60,000- Php 80,000

Job Requirements:
bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance or any related course
With at least 5 years of experience in Account Payable or payment processing.
with at least 2-3 years as team lead or Managerial
With experience processing EMEA.
with experience working in Shared services is a big plus
Willing to work on site

Job Responsibilities:
Manage the workflow for processing invoices and make sure local tax and regulatory obligations are met.
To build team capabilities, lead and coach a group of invoice processing processors and hold frequent one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, and training sessions.
Serve as the main point of contact for all parties involved, answering questions, managing escalations, and guaranteeing client satisfaction while working with the payment, finance, and procurement departments to settle disputes and streamline procedures.
Determine and apply process enhancements
Repair and provide frequent reports on the effectiveness of invoice processing.
