Job Description
Position: Accounts Payable Team Lead
Company Industry: Shared Services Company
Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Schedule: Flexible
Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 70,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set Up: Work on Site
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Holds a bachelor's degree.
At least 5 years of experience with accounts payable or invoice processing.
Previous leadership experience of at least 1 year
Experience in a Shared Services firm is advantageous.
Ready to work on-site.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the invoice processing procedure and ensure that all local tax and regulatory requirements are fulfilled.
Lead and coach a team of invoice processing processors and conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to develop team capabilities.
Act as the primary point of contact for all parties, addressing inquiries, handling escalations, and ensuring client satisfaction while collaborating with the finance, procurement, and payment departments to resolve conflicts and expedite processes.
Find and implement process improvements
Fix and regularly report on how well invoice processing is working.
