Job Description
Position: Payment Team Leader
Company Industry: Shared Services Company
Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Schedule: Flexible
Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 70,000 (Negotiable)

JOB REQUIREMENT:
Possessing an Bachelor's degree.
At least 5 years of expertise handling invoices or accounts payable.
A minimum of 1 year of prior experience in leadership
It helps to have experience in a shared services company.
All set to work on site.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Keep an eye on the invoice processing process and make sure that all local tax and legal obligations are met.
In order to build team capabilities, lead and coach a group of invoice processing processors and hold frequent one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, and training sessions.
Be the main point of contact for all parties, answering questions, managing escalations, and guaranteeing client satisfaction while working with the payment, finance, and procurement departments to settle disputes and speed up procedures.
Identify and apply process enhancements
Correct and report on the effectiveness of invoice processing on a regular basis.
