Position: Travel and Expense Operations Manager (Process Improvement Work Experience)
Company Industry: Shared Services Company
Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Schedule: Flexible
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 120,000 (Negotiable)

JOB REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's degree holder.
Experience in managing team Leader.
Process improvement, structured leadership and execution strategy experience.
With experience working in a Shared Services company is an advantage.
Willing to work on site
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage global AP payments and escalate bank issues, vendor inquiries, and payment anomalies.
Manage global T&E operations, collaborating with corporate card providers and travel agencies to optimize cost reductions and travel opportunities.
Lead a multinational team in charge of payments and T&E operations, providing opportunities for professional development and mentoring to enhance team performance.
Collaborate with IT teams to implement automation solutions, discover best practices, and speed up payment and T&E operations.
Serve as the key contact for internal stakeholders and external partners.
