HR Training Officer

We are looking for an experienced HR Training Officer to join our team!
The Training Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining training programs to enhance employee skills, engagement, and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end training process, including needs assessment, course development, facilitation, and evaluation.
Serve as a Resource Speaker/Facilitator for training programs.
Oversee employee engagement programs and company events.
Conduct onboarding programs for new hires.
Develop and maintain a training calendar and budget.
Monitor and assess training and development effectiveness.
Design and implement training programs for leadership, technical, and core competencies.
Create training materials such as slides, guides, e-learning modules, and job aids.
Revise existing training programs based on organizational needs.
Coordinate with external speakers and third-party training providers.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
Relevant work experience in training and development, preferably in an HR capacity.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to design engaging learning experiences and materials.
Experience in event management and employee engagement initiatives is a plus.
