Job Description
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A formal culinary education or degree from a culinary school is highly preferred.
- Certification in food safety (e.g., ServSafe) is often required.
Experience:
- Several years of experience working in professional kitchens, with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and menu planning.
- Experience in catering or event-based food services is highly advantageous.
- Proven track record in a supervisory role (Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, etc.) or in a leadership position within the kitchen.
Must have experience in the same field
