Job Description
Culinary degree or diploma from an accredited institution (preferred but not always required).
Food Safety Certification (such as ServSafe, HACCP, or local equivalent) — typically mandatory.
Optional: Certifications in catering management or hospitality.
Experience:
2–4 years of culinary experience, with at least 1 year in a sous chef or leadership role.
Prior experience in catering kitchens or large-scale food production environments.
Strong background in event-based cooking, including off-site setups and breakdowns.
Experience with menu planning, portion control, and accommodating dietary restrictions
