About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our growing team at JASA PROPERTY HOLDINGS, INC.' in Bolinao Pangasinan. As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources function, contributing to the overall success of the organization. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

Assist with the administration of HR processes, such as employee onboarding, off-boarding, and maintaining personnel files
Coordinate and schedule interviews, orientations, and training sessions
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record keeping, and preparing reports
Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related policies and procedures
Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives and projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR support

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR Assistant or similar administrative role
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service oriented approach
Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance regulations in the Consulting & Generalist HR industry
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
