Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic team at JASA PROPERTY HOLDINGS,INC. in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall HR function, ensuring the seamless execution of HR processes and contributing to the development of our talented workforce.
What you'll be doing
Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding processes, including coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing offer letters
Maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR databases and systems
Providing administrative support to the HR team, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling employee inquiries
Collaborating with the HR team to organise and coordinate employee engagement activities and events
Supporting the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Providing general HR-related assistance and support to employees as needed
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in an HR assistant or administrative support role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and manage competing tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
Proficient in using HR-related software and MS Office applications
Keen attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a commitment to continuously learning and improving
