Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Assistant with a relevant background in human resources functions to join our team in Cebu. The HR Assistant will assist in recruitment, payroll, and training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, interview, and hire candidates.
- Maintain, organize, and keep records of employee files.
- Assist with the payroll process.
- Assist with the performance appraisal process.
- Coordinate and ensure training.
- Prepare reports, manage data, and general administrative duties.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Administration or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Background in a local or international Maritime industry
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and oral communication skills
- Must speak fluent English
