Job Description

- 201 File Management
- ID Creation for New Hires
- Scheduling and inviting new hires for the upcoming NEO
- Routing of exit clearance
- Assist in the employee engagement activities
- Provide administrative support for HR and the production
- Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation, and days off
- Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation
- Assist and help in the implementation for HR policies and procedures
- Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information
- Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
- Prepare reports for senior management
- May time to time handle other facets of Human Resource as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A graduate of Human Resource Management or Psychology
- Has at least 3 years’ experience working as an HR and Admin Assistant or Generalist.
- MS Office and Canva literate
- Has Good Communication Skills
- Has experience working in the Construction Industry (preferably)
- Can start as soon as possible
- Okay to work as reliever
