Job Description

Job Overview:

Madimack is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Local Area Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives supporting our service department. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be proactive, bringing forward best-practice recommendations and ensuring marketing efforts are executed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute localized marketing strategies to support the service department.

• Work closely with the marketing team to execute local area marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

• Proactively recommend best practices and innovative marketing strategies to drive service department growth.

• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient marketing execution.

• Work autonomously, taking ownership of marketing projects with minimal supervision.

• Implement and manage marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

• Provide administrative support to ensure the seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

• Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.

• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness.

• Foster strong relationships with local stakeholders, partners, and service teams.

• Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all local marketing efforts.

• Innovate and challenge conventional marketing approaches to drive measurable results.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in local area marketing, field marketing, or a related role.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive and execute strategic initiatives.

• Experience working to a budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Familiarity with both digital and traditional marketing strategies.

• Willingness to be based in Madimack’s Manila office.
