Job Description
1. Manage and update the company’s social media platforms with engaging content.
2. Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts, responding to inquiries, and monitoring engagement.
3. Track digital marketing performance and suggest improvements.
4. Help draft content for blogs, newsletters, websites, and email marketing campaigns.
5. Ensure all marketing materials align with the brand’s identity and messaging.
6. Assist in photography and video content for promotional use.
7. Support planning and execution of events, promotions, and sponsorships.
8. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for event logistics.
9. Handle event-related marketing, including invitations, press releases, and post-event follow-ups.
10. Conduct market research on competitors, trends, and customer preferences.
11. Assist in collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve marketing efforts.
12. Prepare reports on campaign performance and market trends for management review.
13. Maintain an organized database of marketing materials and assets.
14. Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating with suppliers, and managing inventory of promotional items.
15. Handle other duties as assigned by the marketing manager.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry, is an advantage.
3. Strong communication and writing skills.
4. Proficiency in social media platforms, Microsoft Office, and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
5. Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
6. Knowledge of hospitality trends and customer service principles.
