Job Description
-Identify market opportunities within the B2G industry using PhilGeps database and competitive
landscape.
- Identify market opportunities within the B2B industry and competitive landscape.
2. Customer Satisfaction:
-create the customer journey in collaboration with other departments pertaining to B2G and B2B clients.
-Handle customer survey and analysis
3. Brand Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand equity and market positioning.
4. Marketing Campaigns:
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support brand and product initiatives.
- Utilize various marketing channels, including digital, social media, PR, and traditional media, to maximize reach and engagement.
5. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, including brand managers, product marketers, and creative personnel.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities.
6. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and report on marketing expenditures and adjust strategies as needed to stay within budget.
7. Reporting and Analysis:
- Use analytics and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of branding and product development initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for brand and product initiatives.
- Foster strong partnerships with external agencies, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
9. BSC and Policy creation:
-Creates Balance Score card for his/her team
-Creates necessary policies needed by his/her department
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in brand management
-Experience in B2G or Trading Business is an advantage
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful brands and products.
- Strong understanding of current marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and data analysis.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems and product management platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Amenable to travel as needed.
SALARY RANGE: PHP. 50,000.00-70,000.00
