Job Description
Work Location: Novaliches, Quezon City (Main Plant)
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (May extend working hours, including weekends and holidays for client inquiries)
Salary Range: ₱25,000 – ₱30,000 (+ commission)
Allowances: Travel and representation allowance (reimbursable during probationary period)
Additional allowance for travel outside Metro Manila
Company vehicle issuance upon achieving a certain sales quota and tenure
Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive / Sales Engineer is responsible for client acquisition, sales negotiation, and project coordination. The role involves meeting clients, understanding their needs, and offering modular fabrication solutions. Additionally, the position requires administrative work and on-site presence when not meeting clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
3–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Experience with modular fabrication is a must.
Familiarity with furniture, tooling parts, and related industries is an advantage.
Willing to travel around Metro Manila and do fieldwork (additional allowance for travel outside MM).
Willing to report to Novaliches, QC Main Plant when there are no client meetings.
Comfortable doing clerical and administrative tasks (e.g., liquidations, job P.O.s).
Key Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to discuss their advertising and project needs.
Conduct extensive research to understand client products, marketing goals, and requirements.
Present campaign ideas and cost estimates to clients.
Negotiate with clients, address concerns, and ensure deadlines are met.
Make strategic sales pitches to acquire new business opportunities.
Work closely with a Senior Business Development Manager for training and operations management.
