Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Renewable Energy) or any related field.
• Additional certifications or training in renewable energy or solar power systems is an advantage.
Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a preference for experience in the renewable energy or solar energy industry.
• Familiarity with solar energy technologies, such as solar panels, inverters, battery storage, and energy management systems.
• Experience in selling technical products and solutions to commercial or industrial clients.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
• Strong understanding of solar power systems, including system components (panels, inverters, batteries) and how they work together.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical clients.
• Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to customize solutions based on client needs.

Additional Qualifications:
• Knowledge of financial models for solar systems, including return on investment (ROI), payback period, and energy savings projections.
• Familiarity with government incentives and policies related to solar energy in the Philippines, including net metering programs and tax incentives.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and meetings as required.
• Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
