Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the President. The ideal candidate will manage the President’s schedule, handle email correspondence, prepare reports, and perform a variety of other essential administrative duties. The Executive Assistant will be expected to maintain discretion and handle sensitive matters with confidentiality.

- Manage and coordinate the President’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure the President is prepared for meetings with necessary documents and briefings.
- Monitor, prioritize, and respond to the President’s email correspondence.
- Screen phone calls, redirect inquiries, and handle requests appropriately.
- Assist in gathering necessary data, research, and information for reports and presentations.
- Ensure reports are completed and submitted in a timely manner, and present information in a clear, concise format.
- Coordinate all aspects of the President’s travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Prepare meeting materials, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and records, both physical and digital.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required by the President.
Salary:
₱20,000.00 Monthly
