Job Description
● Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Information Technology
● With at least 2 years of Helpdesk support or related experience.
● Candidate should have experience in System Support.
● With good communications and interpersonal skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat.
● Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
● Log and track support requests.
● Install and maintain systems/software.
● Document solutions and update knowledge base.
