Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least three (3) to five (5) years of work experience as a Marketing Officer or in a similar role.
- Strong data analysis skills to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to interpret sales data, traffic metrics, and other performance indicators.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and overseeing the product development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with various teams and external partners.
- Ability to present data and strategies clearly to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce).
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Strong understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and preferences.
- Ability to adopt a customer-centric approach to enhance product offerings and user experience.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus for collaborating with development teams.
- Understanding of backend eCommerce processes, including inventory and order management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define the vision and strategy for the product assortment on the online platform.
- Work closely with supplier, design, engineering, and operations teams to deliver new product features or offerings.
- Develop product roadmaps and timelines, aligning business goals with product outcomes.
- Research consumer trends, market demands, and competitor offerings.
- Use data insights to determine which products should be added or removed from the catalog.
- Analyze user behavior, customer feedback, and product performance metrics.
- Ensure a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience across all touchpoints.
- Oversee the design and layout of product pages, ensuring they are visually appealing,
informative, and optimized for conversions.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance the customer journey on the site.
- Launch new products and monitor their performance post-launch.
- Set pricing strategies based on market conditions, competition, and margins.
- Analyze sales data and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to track product success.
- Iterate on products and features based on performance data.
- Use A/B testing and customer feedback to improve product presentation and
performance.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Work with inventory management to ensure stock levels align with demand.
- Conduct effective marketing promotions.
- Continuously test and optimize product pages, descriptions, and images to drive higher conversion rates.

SALARY:
Php 40,000 - Php 50,000
