Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any business-related course.
- At least five (5) years of work experience in the same field.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills; a team player.
- Effective time management skills.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with a pleasing personality.
- Highly resourceful and dependable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage scheduling for company executive(s), including but not limited to Board Meetings, Annual Stockholders Meetings, and Committee and Alignment Meetings.
- Organize and prepare for internal and external high-level meetings, including gathering documents and handling meeting logistics.
- Prepare executive presentations, correspondence, and minutes of meetings.
- Answer and respond to phone calls, relaying messages and information to the executive(s).
- Process administrative documentation requirements and maintain various records for company executive(s).
- Design and establish the company’s corporate governance framework and quality management system, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and best practice standards.
- Create and review legal documents, including but not limited to consultancy, partnership, and retainer contracts.
- Coordinate legal requirements and concerns with appointed corporate legal counsel.
- Manage inventory, procurement, replenishment, and distribution of office supplies.
- Maintain supply inventory by monitoring stock levels, anticipating needs, placing and expediting orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Handle the application and renewal of insurance policies, as well as Business, Fire, and Sanitary permits and contracts for Trion facilities.
- Ensure the proper operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance, requesting repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Process visa applications and travel arrangements.
- Comply with company safety procedures and health regulations.
- Develop and implement systems, policies, and procedures within the assigned scope of responsibility.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, the Employee Code of Ethics and Conduct, and Corporate Governance regulations.
- Protect intellectual property, company proprietary information, and confidential data.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

SALARY:
Php 35,000 - Php 45,000
