Job Description
Division-Specific Sales Leadership
- Develop and implement sales strategies specific to the assigned division in line with national objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities and create targeted plans for product lines within the division.
- Monitor and achieve sales targets for the division, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
Team Management and Development
- Lead, manage, and mentor the division’s sales team, including regional managers and sales representatives.
- Provide ongoing training and support to ensure a high-performance culture.
- Implement performance management practices to drive accountability and growth within the team.
Revenue Growth and Key Account Management
- Manage relationships with key accounts and healthcare providers within the division’s scope.
- Oversee pricing, contracts, and partnerships specific to the division’s product portfolio.
- Monitor market trends within the division to adjust strategies and maintain competitive positioning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the VP of Sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure division-specific strategies align with broader company objectives.
- Coordinates with product development and marketing teams on division-specific initiatives.
Regulatory Compliance and Division Insights
- Ensure that the sales strategies within the division comply with relevant industry regulations and company standards.
- Stay informed of trends, challenges, and opportunities unique to the division and provide insights to senior leadership.
Reporting and Performance Analysis
- Regularly report division performance, forecasts, and insights to the Sales Group Head.
- Use data analytics to drive decisions, assess sales effectiveness, and identify opportunities for growth.
