JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assist the Team Leader[s] and Supervisor[s] with terminal-related concerns received from accounts daily.
- Prepares and processes service requests for any terminal-related concerns.
- Coordinates service concerns and requirements with the Technical Department and/or Service Fulfillment Division, including on-site visits, installation, programming, reprogramming, pull-outs, repairs, supply requests, generation of ad hoc reports, and merchant orientation.
- Prepares all required billing documentation for the Finance Department for all expenses and services rendered to accounts.
- Exerts best effort to meet quality objectives; implements and/or carries out quality improvement activities; and functions as an Account Coordinator, as formally and officially defined by the immediate superior or executive management.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, and other related fields.
- Preferably with at least 2 years of work experience in performing sales executive and/or administrative functions.
- With excellent verbal and written communication, and client coordination skills.
- Keen on minute details, flexible, systematic, and results-oriented.
- Computer literate in windows-based applications with the ability to learn customer service software applications.
- Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City. (no work from home)
- Can start immediately.
