Job Description

● Lead and oversee the internal HR department, ensuring efficient operations and policy compliance.

● Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies to support business goals.

● Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions while ensuring compliance with labor laws.

● Oversee performance management, including evaluations, coaching, and career development initiatives.

● Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.

● Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, providing updates to management when necessary.

● Facilitate employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture, improve morale, and enhance productivity.

● Monitor the KPI of HR Department. Internal Recruitment and Selection

Internal Recruitment and Selection

● Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.

● Handle onboarding and orientation for new internal employees.

Outsource Employee Management

● Assist in managing outsourced employees, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company policies.

● Coordinate with clients on workforce needs, employee performance, and contract compliance.

● Oversee the onboarding and offboarding of outsourced employees, ensuring smooth transitions.

● Address concerns related to outsourced employees, including work conditions and HR-related issues.

Compensation, Records, and Compliance

● Oversee payroll processing for internal employees, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.

● Generate and send payslips to employees every payroll period.

● Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.

● Monitor and track all HR-related documents, such as leave records, attendance records, and other employee-related documents.

● Ensure all released documents have a reference number and are properly recorded for tracking and auditing purposes.

● Do timekeeping and attendance monitoring.

● Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and contractual obligations.

● Manage HR-related documentation, including employee handbooks, policies, and contracts.

● Issue Notice to Explain (NTE), Notice of Disciplinary Action (NODA), Return to Office (RTO), and other disciplinary-related documents.

● Facilitate administrative hearings together with the Legal Department.

● Issue documents for Lateral Transfers, Addendums, Memos, Certificates of Employment (COE), and other HR-related documents.

● Request payments from Finance for various HR-related expenses, including employee engagement activities, company events, training sessions, and other operational costs.

HRIS Management

● Create HRIS accounts for new employees to ensure proper system access and integration.

● Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.

● Monitor and update employee records within the HRIS for attendance, leave, and other

HR-related functions. Employee Exit Management

● Handle the exit process of internal employees, ensuring a smooth transition.

● Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights for improvement.

● Request funds from the Finance Department for employee final pay and any other outstanding payments.

● Calculate last pay, including accrued benefits and deductions, and coordinate with Finance for processing.
