Job Description
• Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably in engineering, but not required
• At least 2 years of experience in QMS, ISM, or ISPS
• Knowledgeable in internal audits, documentation, and presentations
• Strong communication skills, time management abilities, and flexibility
Job Description:
• Manage the company’s SQMS Manual, Ship Security Plan, and conduct reviews and revisions
• Act as the Internal Audit Chairman for both shipboard and shore-based internal audits
• Conduct the Annual Management Review
• Assist the designated person and the admin head in maintaining the SQMS manual and implementing procedures
• Establish the SQMS Training Calendar and oversee Facilities Training
• Conduct budget forecasting, strategic planning, and cost reduction for the Admin Department
• Establish KPI reporting to Top Management
• Serve as the Company Security Officer (CSO)
• Coordinate with government agencies for the endorsement and renewal of all vessels' trading documents
• Monitor and prepare requirements for the endorsement of vessels' trading documents
