Status: Full Time
Work Hours: between 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM AEST - 8 hours per day

Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry in the Learning Management System (LMS) and Student Management System (Axcelerate - SMS).
Organize and file scanned PDFs, ensuring documents are correctly split and stored (e.g., Student Files).
Update student records in Axcelerate, including session summaries and competency units.
Record attendance and manage related workflows.
Create and send editable PDFs to clients.
Conduct email and SMS follow-ups with clients regarding document submissions, workshops, and site visits.
Prepare and distribute quarterly progress reports to students and employers.
Support the schools department by linking parents to students in Axcelerate, updating bus manifests, and uploading student photos.
Document and refine procedures for all administrative tasks to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy while working efficiently.
Proven experience in administrative support roles.
High-level proficiency in typing and data entry with strong accuracy and speed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint.
Familiarity with online Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a small team.
Proactive approach in seeking clarification and problem-solving.
