Project Development Officer Federal Land Manila

Federal Land, a premier real estate developer, is seeking a diligent Project Development Officer to oversee the execution and completion of projects, ensuring they meet approved quality standards, schedules, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution: Accountable for the overall execution and completion of projects in a safe manner, adhering to approved quality standards, schedules, and budgets.

Stakeholder Coordination: Assist and coordinate with the Projects Manager in liaising with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of all activities by stakeholders involved in the project.

Additional Duties: Perform other related functions as assigned by the Projects Manager.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Graduate of any 4-year course related to Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Prior experience in project development or management is advantageous.

Skills: Strong organizational and coordination abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in project management tools.

Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Salary Range: ₱50,000 - ₱70,000 per month.
