Key Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer engagement.
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate sports products.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of all sports products, including features, benefits, and usage.
Promotions and Campaigns: Participate in and support marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive sales.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization.
Sales Reporting: Track and report sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and merchandising, to achieve sales goals.
Merchandising: Ensure that products are displayed attractively and are easily accessible to customers.
After-Sales Support: Handle customer inquiries and issues post-purchase, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
