Job Summary
The Sales Trainee role is an entry-level position designed to develop individuals into proficient sales professionals through hands-on experience, training, and mentorship. As a Sales Trainee, you will learn the sales process, develop customer relationship skills, and gain an in-depth understanding of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Training and Development
Participate in structured training programs to learn sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management strategies.
Shadow experienced sales team members to understand the end-to-end sales process.
Customer Engagement
Assist in identifying potential customers and understanding their needs.
Support the sales team in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Participate in sales meetings, client presentations, and product demonstrations.
Market Research and Analysis
Gather and analyze market data to identify new business opportunities.
Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to the sales team.
Administrative Tasks
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Prepare sales reports and presentations as required by the Sales Manager.
Achieving Targets
Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
Actively participate in promotional campaigns and events to drive sales.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

Salary Range : 16,000.00
Work Schedule : 8am to 5pm
Work Location: Tandang Sora, Quezon City and Project 8, Quezon City
