E-Commerce Associate (Marketing fresh graduates)

The E-commerce Associate will support the team by handling a range of clerical tasks, primarily involving uploading product images, encoding product descriptions, and maintaining product listings for automotive and motorcycle parts on the company’s e-commerce platform. This role is essential to ensure that product information is accurately represented, up-to-date, and presented effectively to improve customer experience and drive online sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Upload high-quality images of automotive and motorcycle parts to the company website.
Ensure images meet website quality standards and are aligned with brand guidelines.
Accurately encode detailed product descriptions, specifications, and pricing for each brand and product.
Maintain consistency in product information, ensuring all details are complete and error-free.
Perform clerical duties such as organizing and cataloging product data, managing spreadsheets, and maintaining digital and physical records.
Assist with routine inventory checks and updates on the e-commerce platform.
Regularly review website listings to ensure accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and availability.
Identify and correct any errors or discrepancies in product listings.
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure all promotional material is updated and accurate.
Provide basic assistance to the customer service team by answering inquiries about product details, availability, and order status.
Support administrative tasks as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business. Marketing fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and clerical tasks.
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and adapting.
